Over the course of 6 days and 5 nights, you’ll be immersed in nature’s beauty, the meditative flow of movement, and the healing frequencies of crystal bowls. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, we’ll journey together—exploring both the inner and outer landscapes of being.

Our Retreat Site: Finca360
Off–the-grid and out of this world, Hotel Finca 360 has superb views of volcanoes, mountains, the Juan Castro National Park, the San Carlos Valley and even the mountains in distant Nicaragua! The hotel features five deluxe rooms, each with a balcony with views of mountains or the forest. Our amenities include the Morpho Spa as well as a private dining room serving local and international cuisine.
The owners, Rosie and Richard, met when Richard was a Peace Corps volunteer in Rosie’s hometown of Venecia. Rosie has almost three decades of experience in Costa Rican tourism. Through her travel agency, Costa Rican Specialties, she has helped hundreds of families and groups develop personalized travel experiences in her native country. Richard is an environmental economist at Texas A&M University.
Finca 360 brings together their interests in promoting tourism and sustainable development.
They have made it their goal to preserve the rainforest on the property. Former cattle pastures are now growing back into the beautiful secondary forest, and the property preserves acres of pristine forest with over three kilometers of well-maintained trails, a hanging bridge and access to nearby beautiful waterfalls. Our bilingual guide, Victor will take you on learning and fun experiences on these trails.
Not far from this enchanting boutique hotel, you can take tours such as horseback riding, zip line tours, rappelling, waterfalls, a local butterfly garden, a coffee tour, stand up paddling and more.
