Sound Bath Meditation and Kirtan events


Sound has been used to settle the mind and heal the body for thousands of years. Music is a known de-stressor. Listening to percussive instruments like gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and tuning forks reduces stress and can place the listener in a meditative state. Sound meditations may be helpful for people with sleep disorders, anxiety, PTSD, tinnitus, and a variety of other maladies.


Our sound meditation sessions include voice, gong, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks. 

We have recently added Kirtan (heart-opening, devotional, non denominational chanting) sessions to our offerings.
