Yoga

Yoga is for every body. Everyone can benefit and all are welcome in class. Our classes are fun and lighthearted with strong focus on proper form, alignment, and mindfulness. Correct body positioning is important to avoid injury and strain. Questions are welcomed and encouraged. Lack of movement can lead to stagnation and congestion in the muscles and joints. Once we start moving, magic happens, circulation increases and bodies start to thrive. 

Shari currently offers in person classes in Kundalini, Yin, and Restorative Aerial Yoga. These classes are also available via Zoom.
