SACRED SOUND BATH CEREMONY
Release stress and anxiety and allow the vibrations of ancient high frequency sound medicine to calm your nervous system, restore balance and harmony, and bring you to your highest healing and well being. Shari will use voice, crystal alchemy singing bowls, gong, and chimes to balance the hemispheres of your brain, entrain your brainwaves, and open you to your connection to higher states of consciousness. A prayer bowl will be set up to receive the names of our brothers, sisters, and fur babies who may be needing extra healing energy.
Please bring mats, blankets, and anything you need to be comfortable. Chairs are available. Immune building Chai tea served after the sound ceremony.

MANDALA EARTH FLOW
Find your tribe. Join a beautiful group of people who will co-create a public art installation in one of Houston’s most historic parks. We call this experience the Mandala Earth Flow, Sunset Edition.
This event will weave together the Sacred Labyrinth, the Traditional Practice of Yoga and a beautiful Sound Bath. The labyrinth, an ancient pathway to meditation, has a single circuitous path that winds its way into the center.
* You will participate in co-creating a light labyrinth, allowing you to break free of the ideas you may be holding on to that you are not creative, you are not good enough or other self-defeating thoughts.
* You will engage in a walking meditation within the sacred space of the labyrinth where you will have the space to connect with the vibrations of the earth.
* You will flow through a soul touching, earth grounding, chain breaking Yoga practice. Our bodies hold trauma, fears and knots that through Yoga asanas can be released and set you free.
* Shari will provide a healing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs and more during the walking meditation and yoga flow.
NOTE: This event will take place outdoors at Sunset.
About the Hosts:
Jessica Garcia is a certified Yoga Instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience. Her passion for Yoga started in 2004 and it has enhanced her life drastically ever since. Her warm personality and her desire to help others shine through her teaching.
Reginald C. Adams is a public artist, social entrepreneur and community developer. He is best known for his award winning public art projects, which are strategically located in some of Houston’s most historic neighborhoods and across the globe.
Shari Heftel is a Rolf SI Practitioner, LMT, Yoga Instructor, Tai Chi practitioner, Playful Mover, Animal and Nature Affectionado, Lover of Life and all things Wellness and Magical and Fun

Come prepared for a weekend of deep relaxation, connection, and soul renewal as you release over thinking, unconscious blocks, procrastination, self-sabotage, stress and anxiety, and open to embracing your transcendent possibilities and soul transformation.
You will be treated to conscious movement; yoga, qi gong, meditation to activate and balance the chakras, release fear and lack consciousness to open to your highest abundance, greatest good, and divine knowing of who you are. Sacred sound healing sessions, sunrise yoga on the beach as well as group soul retrieval and past life regressions will be offered. We will do rituals and processes to heal trauma, release resistance, open your intuition and connect to your guides. We will learn together and chant beautiful sacred mantra, vehicles for our evolvement and expansion, sing ancient songs of the earth around a campfire on the beach, and together create a personal mala beaded necklace consistent with the life you will go forth to create.
